Soft n fluffy quick bhatura
Ingredients Refined flour (मैदा)- 2 Cups (250 gms) Semolina (सूजी) - 1/4 Cup (50 gms) Potato (उबले हुये आलू) - 3 (150 gms) (boiled & peeled) Curd (दही) - 1/2 Cup Oil(तेल) - 2 tbsp Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा)- less than 1/4 tsp Salt (नमक) - 1/2 tsp (or to taste) Oil (तेल) - for frying
Method
Make potato paste,then tale a bowl put in it maida flour, semolina, curd, 2 tsp oil, baking soda, salt potato paste and make a dough for bhatura we prepare soft dough like that of paratha put little by little water neither to little soft or to stiff, dough is now ready put little oil on dough and keep for 10 min
bhatura we can small or big apply little on hand and put little oil on rolling board round or ovel shape like a paratha little slightly thickly not very thin like papad .now oil is hot start fry till bhatura is golden brown take out in a plate. serve it with pudena chatney
