method
- Heat up 3 tsp oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, garlic and cook garlic till it changes its color.
- Add sliced onion and cook till it becomes soft.
- Add turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, mix and cook for 2 mts.
- Add tomatoes, mix, cover and cook till tomatoes get soft.
- Add sliced cabbage, mix, salt to taste, cover and cook till cabbage gets tender.
- Serve hot with chapati, fulka or rice!
