Cake «Yum»


  Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1.5 cups flour
1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa
1 hr. Teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
Cream:
2 cup sour cream
1 cup of sugar
vanillin
Impregnation:
0.5 cups milk
2 tbsp. sugar spoon
Preparation:
1. Mix dry sugar and flour.
2. Add vinegar quenched soda, 2 beaten eggs and sour cream. All is well mixed. The dough should have as pancakes.
3. Divide the dough in half and one part add cocoa.
4. Form lay oiled paper and bake two cakes.
5. Cooled cakes cut in half and soak impregnation.
6. Korzh oil cream, garnish with walnuts.
Cream:
Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla.
Impregnation:
Stir well with milk and sugar.
