DELICIOUS VEGETABLE CASSEROLE (weight loss)




Ingredients:
300 gr cauliflower,
2-3 PCs — tomato
100 g — cream 10%,
50 grams cheese low fat,
1 — boiled egg,
salt, pepper — to taste
Preparation:
Cabbage boil in salted water.
With tomatoes remove the skin, finely chop, cheese grate on a fine grater, mix, add chopped egg and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
Spread in the baking dish, cauliflower, pour the sour cream with cheese and tomatoes.
Bake in the oven at 150 gr. 10-15 min.
