FLAVORED FRENCH FRIES




Ingredients:
— 8 large potatoes
— 2 egg whites
mix dry spices (paprika, chilli, black pepper, salt, Italian blend of herbs)
— olive oil
Preparation: 
Potatoes wash, peel, cut into slices
Whites a good whisking and pour in the potato slices, carefully to mix them.
From the top to fill with a mix of spices and mix thoroughly.
Spread on well-greased baking sheet.
Bake at 220 degrees 40 minutes,every 7-10 minutes spatula, gently stir.
