Ingredients 1 number brinjal big 1 tbsp cashewnuts 1 tbsp channa dal fried 1 to fry coriander leaves 1 tsp cumin 10 leaf curry leaves 4 number green chilies 1 tbsp mustard seeds 2 tbsp oil 1 to taste salt 30 grams tamarind 2 number tomato 1 tsp urad dal Directions • fry eggplant and keep aside • heat oil add mustard,cumin,ginger garlic,cashew and fried chana dal ( nuts are optional) • add gr chilli curry leaves, and tamarind and tomatoes cook till soft and well done add fried brinjal and saute and put in a blender • and add tempering • serve hot
