Antipasto Pasta recipe

Try this super easy antipasto pasta. It's great to throw together for holiday parties or for a quick dinner. Yum!

  • 1 cup Salami ribbons, thin
Produce
  • 1/2 cup Basil
  • 1 Garlic clove, large
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 Zucchini, small
Condiments
  • 1 Dash Agave syrup
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup Olives, mixed pitted and chopped
Pasta & grains
  • 1 package Wholewheat penne pasta
Oils & vinegars
  • 9 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
  • 1 cup Feta or mozzarella
