Ingredients used in Miriyala Kodi Fried Rice
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Crushed pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Desiccated coconut powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Mint leaves (chopped) - ½ bunch.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - ½ bunch.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Crushed garlic - 5 cloves.
• Cashew nuts - 6 number.
• Cooked rice - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take chicken pieces in a bowl, add crushed pepper powder, garam masala powder, salt, mix well and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in apan, add desiccated coconut powder, saute till color is slightly changed, now add mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, crushed garlic and cook well.
  • Now add the marinated chicken pieces, cook well and transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Use the samepan toroast cashew nuts, also add cooked rice, saute it well and transferto a servingplate.
Hot , delicious and spicy Miriyala Kodi Fried Rice is now ready to serve.
