• Green chillies - 3 number. |
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch. |
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch. |
• Dosa batter - 1 cup. |
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number. |
• Tomato (chopped) - 1 number. |
• Butter - as required. |
• Chinese cabbage (chopped) - 2 tablespoons. |
• Lettuce - 1 bunch. |
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon. |
• Cheese (slice) - 1 number. |
Method: |
- Blend green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves to a fine paste and keep aside.
- Heat a pan,pour more than a ladlefull of batter, spread as a thick dosa, top it with chopped onions, tomatoes, butter and pepper powder, cook with closed lid and transfer to a plate.
- In the same way prepareone more thock dosa topped with Chinese cabbage, lettuce, pepper powder, cheese slices, butter (optional).
- Now spreadthe earlier prepared coriander and mint leaves chutney to one of the prepareddosas, arrange lettuce leaves and cover it with another dosa.
- At last, cut them into 2 or 4 equal halves and serve it with tomato ketchup.
