Apple strudel



ingredients:
●2 sheets puff pastry, thawed to room temperature
●2-3 large apples (preferably sour)
●1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
●2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
●Half a Cup of chopped nuts
●3 tablespoons brown sugar
●2 tablespoons regular sugar
●2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
●1 egg + 1 teaspoon water, whisking, for greasing
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
Peel, remove the core and slice the apples. Put in a bowl and mix with cinnamon, brown and regular sugar, flour. Leave for 20 minutes to apples and let the juice. In a separate bowl, combine the nuts, 2 kinds of sugar and crackers. Roll out 1 sheet of dough, sprinkle nut mixture and then put the Apple. Close the stuffing by wrapping the edges of the dough. Repeat with the second sheet and remaining filling.
Fold the edges of the rolls. Put the rolls on a baking sheet, the laid paper. Grease egg grease. Make longitudinal cuts on each roll.
