| Ingredients used in Dum Aloo Kashmiri |
| • Garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoons. |
| • Garam masala pdr - 1/2 tablespoons. |
| • Oil - 1 tablespoons. |
| • Fennel pdr - 1 tablespoons. |
| • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoons. |
| • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoons. |
| • Salt - to taste. |
| • Cardamom - 2-3 numbers. |
| • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoons. |
| • Cloves - 2-3 numbers. |
| • Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoons. |
| • Ginger pdr - 1/4 tablespoons. |
| • Coriander leaves garnish - 1 springs. |
| • Curd - 100 grams. |
| • Baby potato - 200 grams. |
| Method: |
- Boilnbsp;the potatoes and peel them properly. Now prick the peeled potatoes all over with a forkheat oil add cumin ,garam masala whole ,chopped garlic mix all spice pdrs with little water and add to the mixture . Mix curd, Simmeradd potatoes nbsp;for about 20-25 minutes and your Kashmiri dum aloo dish is ready to be served.
- nbsp;I added little pdr of fried cashew nuts for my own variotion , since one has to develop taste for this recipe you may want to add tomatoe
