Ingredients used in Dum Aloo Kashmiri
• Garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala pdr - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Fennel pdr - 1 tablespoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cardamom - 2-3 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Cloves - 2-3 numbers.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger pdr - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves garnish - 1 springs.
• Curd - 100 grams.
• Baby potato - 200 grams.
Method:
  1. Boilnbsp;the potatoes and peel them properly. Now prick the peeled potatoes all over with a forkheat oil add cumin ,garam masala whole ,chopped garlic mix all spice pdrs with little water and add to the mixture . Mix curd, Simmeradd potatoes nbsp;for about 20-25 minutes and your Kashmiri dum aloo dish is ready to be served.
