Ingredients used in UGADI PACHADI
• Tamarind juice - 1 cup.
• Jaggery - 1/2 cup.
• Raw mango(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Neem flowers - 1 tablespoon.
• Coconut pieces - 1/4 cup.
• Green chili or red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a bowl add tamarind juice, water, jaggery, chopped raw mango, coconut, green chilies, neem flowers, salt and mix properly.
