Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ripe Mango Peeled and Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Add mango, orange juice, honey, cilantro, garlic, red chilli and salt in a food processor and blend until the ingredients starts to come together.
  2. Pour the olive oil very slowly and blend until the dressing is creamy.
  3. Use over salads.
