Ingredients
- 1 cup Ripe Mango Peeled and Chopped
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Cilantro Chopped
- 1 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Add mango, orange juice, honey, cilantro, garlic, red chilli and salt in a food processor and blend until the ingredients starts to come together.
- Pour the olive oil very slowly and blend until the dressing is creamy.
- Use over salads.
