- Boil raw bananas, grate them into a bowl, add freshlygrated coconut, salt, curd, mix well and keep aside.
- For tempering,heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, dry red chilies, chana dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, ginger, turmeric powder, hing, curry leaves, saute for about a minute, transfer into theprepared raw banana-curd mixture, mix well and transfer to the serving bowl.
Delicious Raw Banana Daddojanam is now ready to serve.
