Take a nonstick pan heat ghee in it once the ghee is hot, put the besan and fry slightly brown once when it is done u can smell the aroma of besan roast till well,add in walnuts and condensed milk and cardamom pd mix well see that besan doesn't get lumps
keep staring till the contest become thick.in 3 min put off the flame and keep aside.To solidify the burfi greasing the non stick tray with 1 tsp ghee and put the burfi mixture in to non stick tray and flattened it with spoon evenly in try from all sides and put verk on top of burfi, condense milk has sugar in it so no need to add it.cut into rectangle or square with help of knife it the square break you can make in round like laddoo and serve

- 3 cups Besan
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 tsp of ghee
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom
- 1 cup Coped walnuts
- or 1/2 cup almonds pistachios
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
