Cabbage Pakoda

  • 2 cups Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 2 tsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp coriander pd
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp red chili pd
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp jeera pd
  • 1/4 ajwain
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry

Method
                   Take a bowl and put Cabbage shredded in it mix gram flour, rice flour, coriander pd cumin seed, red chili, turmeric, ajwain and salt to taste sprinkle little water and mix cabbage well with masala sat aside,
Take a non stick pan, heat oil in it put cabbage and fry till golden brown drain it on absorbed paper and serve hot with chaat masala sprinkle on it with chutney or ketchup.
