Chicken Birayani

  • Chicken 500gm                                                                                                                                 3   cup chopped onion
  • 2   cup chopped tomato
  • 3   tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3   chopped green chilli
  • 1   cup chopped mint
  • 1   cup chopped coriander
  • 1   cup coconut milk
  • 3   cardamom
  • 3   cloves
  • 1   cinnamon stick
  • 1   tsp ani seeds
  • 6   small onion
  • 9   cashews
  • 1   cup ghee
  • 1   kg basmathi rice
  • Salt to taste.
Method:
* Soak the rice about 15 mints.
* Fry small onion,ginger garlic,cinnamon,cloves and cardamom make a paste.
* Heat the ghee fry cashews,onion,coriander,mint and tomato till get slightly brown color.
* Add grinded paste with chicken and coconut milk cook it for 10 min then allow to cool 5 mints.
* Cook rice and 3/4 cup of water and salt cover it.
* After rice is cooked 75% then turn off the flame open the cover spread some coriander and mint.
* Take chicken marinated into other vessel put the rice on top of it cover it by the rice.layer by layer put this onion saffron color,cashews etc.
* Chicken biryani ready to eat.
