Ingredients:
- 500gm Fresh Curd
- 250gm Ground Flour
- 1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander Leave
- Pinch of Eating Soda
For Seasoning:
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 dry Chilli
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
Method:
1.
Mix the curd mixture . If it turns out
like a past keep it aside or if it is thick add little water. The consistency should
be like a cream and it should be pouring easily.

Mix the ground flour with pinch of soda, salt, pinch cumin seeds,
little ginger garlic paste. Mix all the items thoroughly. In the end add little
by little water and mix it simultaneously in a
paste.

Take a vessel for soaking. Add water and salt to it. Mix it well
and keep it ready because we will be adding fried ground flour dumpling to this
vessel.

Now you need to deep fry the paste into medium heated oil. For
that you should have a pan which is deep. So take a big spoon and add the past
to oil to deep fry.

When you add the batter to oil for deep fry, you will find it will
turn circular in shape and spongy.

The golden brown ground flour dumplings are move to salt water
which we made in step 3.
7.
After 10mins the ground flour dumplings are moved out to a plate.
Pour the curd on top of these dumplings and server to your guest.
8.
If you want you can give tadka at the end. For that you need
to heat two spoon oil in a small
pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seed. Low the flame as soon as you hear cracking
sound.
9.
Then add curry leaves and dry red chilli. Add this content on ground
flour wada.
