Ingredients
We make sugar syrup first take a vassal and put in sugar add water cardamom pd kaser rose essence to it cook it for 4 min till the syrup is slight thick.
Now we take gulab jamun mixture in a bowl put first 1/2 cup milk pd then maida cardamom, 1/2 tsp baking pd 2 tsp yogurt if u don't want yogurt its ok and mix it well rest the dough for 10 min you can double the contents double or treble make role them in to small balls into 6 balls, heat ghee in medium heat or low heat and fry slowly so that the bolls doesn't become very brown just golden color and when the syrup is boiling put the fried the bolls into the syrup, let them soak it for over night and serve cool.
