Paneer Aacher

Paneer achar

Ingredients:
  • 14 oz paneer cut in ½ inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 whole red chili                                                                                                                           1/4 teaspoon nigella (onion seeds or kalonji)
  • 1 teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • About 1 ½ cup baby spinach leaves

Method
                 Heat is on we are going to roast kolonji fenugreek seeds,coriander seeds, I will  crush kalonji some of them are whole and some of them are crushed,heat is on add oil to the pan put in pepper take it out also in a plate now put jeera and whole red chili in a non stick pan and add paneer which is mixed with yogurt, salt and turmeric, fry the paneer so that yogurt is cooked, water is decreased put kolonji, fenugreek seeds corinder seeds black papper. Mix it well in paneer till the oil leaves the pan garnish it with baby spinach leaves and coriander leaves,  now the paneer is ready to serve it hot with roti or naan.
