Take a non stick pan put 2 tsp butter in it put jeera then haldi, ginger garlic paste,red chili, salt to taste sliced tomato and close the lid for 2 min so that the tomato becomes soft,put garam masala then put paneer, kasoori mathi ,cook for sometime then put some thick cream, cashew nut paste,cook for 2 min . serve hot with naan or roti.
- 1 cup paneer or Indian cheese cut into cubes
- 2 cup tomato sliced
- 1/2 cup thick cream
- 1/2 cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric pd
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili pd
- 1 tsp kasoori mathi
- 1 tsp cashew nut paste
- 2 tsp butter
- Salt to taste
