Take a pan and put 1 /2 cup of oil then put chicken which is mix with ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, red chilli, coriander pd ,cumin pd, garam masala and yogurt marinated for 1 hour . then take a vassal put 2 tsp oil put chicken put the lid let it cook half soft stair it, put washed rice on top of chicken for 500 gm rice put double water like 1 liter, cover the lid for rice to cook, see chicken is in the bottom rice is on top when the water is dried for 15 min in low flame then 3 min low flame then put tava and keep vessel for 2 min. Topple this dish in a plate means upside down so that chicken comes on top rice goes down all juice juice rice.with all mas alas for this onion is not required so much but still fry one small onion and garnish with coriander and mint leaves. some we measure 2 cup rice we take 4 cups water.Hop u get tahari nicely dont let it burn.Serve hot. with raitha for this u will not need curry.
- 500 gm chicken
- 500 gm basmati rice
- 250 gm tomato(Optional)
