Take a non stick pan put in some 2 tsp oil zeera, bay leaves, cardamom black and green cardamom,3 cloves add chopped onion and let it become golden brown to this add ginger garlic paste fry this paste then add chopped tomatoes let them cook and pulpy then add turmeric pd, red chilli pd then add cashew nuts and water melon seeds paste fry little, add water and salt then add cooked chicken tikka cut into half pieces and add to grave then other cut onion tomato,capsicum into square and add now first onion then tomato and capsicum,then add fresh cream to this colorful grave, lemon juice and garam masala and coriander leaves on top Serve hot.
In this chicken there is no yogurt only cream,so see the ingredients and cook for different taste.
- 10 pieces of chicken cooked
- 2 medium onion chopped

- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

- 1 tsp juice of lemon
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
