Green Mint Chetney


Method
Chaat green chutney in simple and easy to prepare made with aromatic herbs like fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves (pudina), onion, sugar, salt spiced with green chilies and addition of lemon juice enhances the flavors of mint and coriander.This is a very tasty chutney and prepared in moments in the blender. Lemon juice, cilantro, green chili, peanuts, and ginger.

  • 3 cup coriander leaves
  • 3  Green chilies
  • 1  lemon juice
  • 1 cup Mint leaves
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar


Directions

                     Wash and clean the mint and coriander leaves.

In a blender add mint,coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, sugar, onions, lemon juice Grind it till chutney turns smooth.
