First make keema curry Take a non-stick frying pan and add 2 tsp oil with sliced onion saute it add ginger garlic paste, turmeric,red chilli,salt mathi leaves coriander leaves and add washed keema cook for 2 min.and keep aside to cool,
now fill in the bitter gourd,wash and scrape the karala, slit in between without cutting through and take out seeds, add salt to karala, keep aside for 2 min,
squeeze the bitter gourd and heat sufficient oil in a kadai deep fry till golden brown, take out from oil and
keep aside then stuff keema in between karala, tie with thread so that stuffed keema do not come out
In a frying pan fry karala lightly because already u fried the karala before and
serve hot remove thread while eating.
- 1/2 kg karala
- 1/4 keema goat
- 1 medium onion
- 1tsp ginger garlic paste,
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander pd
- 1 tsp red chili
- 1 bunch mathi leaves
- 2 tsp oil
