Method
Boil milk in a vassal, then make paste of rice pd and
mix with milk by staring it see that lumps do not form,
then add this paste,kowa,cook for 2 min
add sugar make milk constant thick.
add vanilla essence.
Garnish with almonds, kaju and pista chopped finely and
fried with ghee.
Serve the kheer is ready after it becomes cold.
- 1 lt of milk
- 100 gm of sugar if u want more sweet u can add more sugar.
- 2 drops of vanilla essence
- 250 gm kowa
- 2 tsp rice powder
