Take a non-stick pan put ghee and makki ka atta keep on staring til it become brown don't let it burn keep stove on medium flame, In mean time while we making sugar syrup, take other vessel put 1 1/2 cup of water,and add sugar to it and heat on medium flame till sugar is dissolves,when sugar is done put off from stove,now when the atta is golden brown,mix almonds sliced kishmish chirongi if u want put coconut grated mix well then put sugar syrup and mix and cook till water evaporates on low flame .garnish with almonds and raisins and serve hop, if u want sweet u can add sugar as much as u like.
- 250 gm makki ka atta
- 3/4 cup dasi ghee
- 100 gm sugar
- 1 1/2 cup of water
- 50 gm badam sliced(almonds)
- 50 gm kishmish(raisins)
- 25 gm chirongi
- 1tsp suff
