Method
Peanuts just roast for 5 mints till brown then in same pan put little water in pan and put whole tomato let them boil in water so that cover of tomato come out, take out the cover and blend peanut, garlic, red chili, salt and tomato. Grind it into paste. serve with khechidi or idli
- 100gm of Peanut
- 4 garlic flacks
- 1 tsp red chili
- 2 tomatoes
- salt to taste
