Ingredients
- 400 gm prawns cut and washed
- 6 green chilli
- 2 tsp coriander pd
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 6 cloves
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp pepper pd
- 4 red chili
- 100 ml oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 sticks of curry leaves
- bunch of coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 cup of coconut paste
- water to loose the grave
Method:
Step 1: Heat oil and add onion, curry leaves and green chilli paste turmeric.
Step 2: Add the ground masala and fry well.
Step 3: Then add the coconut paste.
Step 4: Add fried prawns and tomatoes 1/2 cup water and cook.
Step 5: Stir till gravy attains medium thickness add curry leaves coriander leaves and lime juice.
