Ingredients
Take a pan and put 4 tsp oil put green chilli cloves 2 bay leaves green chilli zeera ginger garlic paste, red chilli onion saute it put chicken cook for 5 min put yogurt and mix in chicken then put cooked rice on top which is 3/4 cooked and put fried brown onion, coriander and mints leaves put kaser add to milk on top and put rose essence put a lid and leave it on dum for 5 mins till water is dried from chicken. serve hot.
- 500 gm boneless chicken
- 2 cups Basmati rice boiled 3/4 cooked
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tomato
- 4 cloves
- 4 elachi
- 4 green chilli
- 1 tsp zeera
