Saem ke Phalli with Ghose

Ingredients
  • 500 kg Saem ke phali
  • 250 kg meat (ghose)
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 a bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 bunch mati leaves

Method
         In a vassal take 2 tsp oil, sliced onion turmeric ,red chilli ginger garlic paste salt, meat and 1 cup of water,cook meat first then mathi and saem ke phalli with 1/4 cup of water so that phalli is also cooked soft, when the water is dried garnish with coriander leaves and serve with steam rice. Indian flat beans cooked with potato tomato and coconut powder coriander pd - a delicious combination.
