Ingredients
We take 2 sweet corn (butta)and make it in to paste or grated to make paste
,put ghee in a non stick and put corn and stair well so that it do not burn or stick to bottom
fry till it becomes golden brown now put milk and sugar,
now cook till milk is dried and halwa become thick, take out on plate
,now cut almonds kaju pista and elichi spread on halwa.
Sweet Corn Halwa ready.
- 2 makaka butta or 250 gm sweet corn
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 elichi
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 cup milk
- Almond, kaju, raisin
- 1/2 tsp souf optional
