Raita is an Indian garnish which acts as a cooling flavor to the the spicy dishes that mollifies the chili in the curry and refreshes the palates. It is made by blending thick yoghurt with various fresh fruits, vegetables and spices

• whisk the curd to fine consistency
• add all the ingredients mix well like chopped onion, tomato, carrot ,cucumber grated,salt green chilli chopped coriander leaves chopped,ginger garlic,mint leaves chopped,taste it once and many times
serve with biryani

- 2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp red chilli
- 1 springs coriander leaves
- 1 springs mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 grams tomato chopped
- 10 gm cucumber grated or chopped
- 10 gm carrot grated or chopped
- 2 green chilli chopped
