Ingredients
Take nonstick pan with 2 tsp of oil put cumin seeds green peas boiled red chilli salt mango pd chopped ginger, now the filling is ready,trim the edges cut bread corners with knife this edges are used in rumps now make 8 rolls and keep a side,now dip the bread one side of slice in a bowl of water squish out water or press it with your hand so that water comes out and keep balls of filling in between the wet bread and rape it nicely and keep it aside for 10 min so that balls become little dry and it will be easy to fry,fry in deep firing pan for 10 min till golden brown by staring it slowly flame.Serve it with tomato sauce or green chutney...
- 4 bread slices, bread should be firm
- 2 medium size potatoes boiled peeled and mashed this will make about 1-1/4 cup mashed potatoes
