Chicken Biryani

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup basmiti rice
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Cinnamon
  • 3 black cardamom
  • 3 green cardamom
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 1 cup brown onion
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 green chili
  • 1 tsp red chilli
  • 1 tsp zeera pd
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander pd
  • A bunch of coriander and mint leaves chopped
Method
                           Take a vassal and marinate chicken put salt, turmeric, red chilli ,ginger garlic paste yogurt, put coriander pd and zeera pd in chicken 4 tsp oil and fried onion put on top after mixing chicken then put coriander and  mint leaves in chicken and keep aside.
                           Now take another vassal and put half of water in it put all garam masala potli in it  3 cardamom cloves cinnamon stick tie the potli and put in rice water and salt now put rice in boiling water and cook for 75% of rice then take out from water and put in chicken marinate vassal on top of chicken then put more fried onion coriander and mint leaves saffron mixed with  2tsp of milk and 3 tsp ghee.and put lid and cook for 5 min see the steaming coming out of vassal now the biryani is cook take out the vassal from fire now put tava then keep more 5 min on slow flame. close the stove and serve hot.
