Mutton Curry

Ingredients
  • 500 gm mutton
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tsp red chilli
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala 
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of coriander and mint leaves chopped
Method
Take a kadai put 3 tsp oil ginger garlic paste onion, red chilli,turmeric garam masala pd curd mix all put 1 cup of water and cook for 6 whistles, then put 1 tsp lime juice.for garnishing coriander and mint chopped.See that mutton is soft and tender when cooked if not put little more water and give 4 whistles.the mutton must be soft and tender to eat.for grave u can add coconut powder, kaju pd,poppy seeds, coriander pd,and whole garam masala.Simple and quick. if u want all spices u add or if u want only top ingredients then the korma is done.
