Mutton Pan cake

Ingredient 

• 500 kg small boiled cut pieces of mutton
• 1 egg
• Salt
• 2 green chilli finely chopped
• 1 cup onion finely chopped
• Curry leaves
• 2 tsp maida
• 1/2 cup tomato chopped
• 2 tsp red chili
• 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

Method
Take a firing pan put some oil, in other bowl take Mutton pieces, onion,ginger garlic paste tomato,maida,red chili curry leaves green chilli,1 egg all mix ,and make small pan cake put on pan which u have oil. don't let it burn turn on both sides and make it in golden brown color. If u do not want tomato it is option,but it will taste nice sour.Simple just fry them and have it with bread or roti ,cook the pan cake and serve with tomato katchup.
