Ingredients
- 250 gm mince Mutton keema
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger chopped
- 3 tsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp shazeera (caraway seeds)
- 1 tsp chana dal
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp lemon
- 1 tsp mint and coriander chopped leaves
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup fried onion
Take a pan put all ingredients like chaana daal minced keema,corinder leaves,fried onion,ginger garlic and cook the keema dry then add shahizeera,red chilli,cook keema till chana dal is become soft.then grind all keema, add lemon juice,and in one bowl take betten egg and dip the keema shaami kabab and fry till golden brown.so the mutton shaami kabab is ready.Serve with naan or roti or green chetney.
