Plain Steaming Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of riceImage result for rice
  • 11/2 cup of water
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

           In a vassal take 1 cup of rice washed with 1 1/2 cup of water put salt and keep on fire to cook,let all the water dry,close the flame and serve hot.Put water in rice as u get the rice means 1 yr old rice we put 2 cups of water,if it is new rice we need water for one cup of rice 1 cup of water as long as how soft u want rice or 75 % of cooked rice.
