Ingredients
Take a pressure pan and put mince, chana daal turmeric,green chili, give 4 whistle after cooling put in then grinder mince,green chilli ,onion, salt add cloves, cardamom, coriander pd, cumin pd, mint and cardamom mix all
and fry on non stick pan put little oil.
Make ball or flat ovals or flat round shaped them and dip in bread crumbs .
The thing is fry shallow.
And carefully turn it and fry on both sides in golden brown.
If u do not want egg is optional . it sound complicated but simple.
Serve hot.
