Butter Cookies are crispy, crumbling cookies made with very few ingredients and is great tea time snack.
Ingredients
Take a bowl add butter, sugar powder and cream it, add egg yolk, all purpose flour, vanilla essence, mix it like soft dough, roll the dough very gently and cut them into design shape and transfer it on to a baking tray and gently touch on top of the cookie with knife (zig zag marks) on this coat with milk and egg yolk mixture, bake them at 180 c for 12 to 15 minutes.

- All purpose flour 125 gm
- Egg 3 Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Saffron ½ gm
- Milk ¼ cup
