Chicken 65, the street side way cooking is a spicy, deep-fried chicken
dish served as a quick snack, entree or bar snack. Chicken pieces nicely
coated with ginger garlic, pepper pd, vinegar, red chilli pd and dusted
with some corn starch and all-purpose flour to make it crispy is truly a
great dish.

Method
Take a bowl and put chicken ginger garlic paste,salt turmeric red chilli,pepper garam masala
mix well then add maida and corn flour keep for 2 hours for marination and
fry the chicken in kadai,when there are golden brown then
add curry leaves and green chilli slit, take out chicken from oil and into a plate and
serve it hot.

- 500 gm of boneless Chicken
- 2tsp red chilli paste
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp maida
- 1 pepper pd
- 1 tsp garm masala
- 1 corn flour
- 1/4 turmeric
- 1 tsp mathi
- 1 tsp coriander leaves chopped finely
- salt to taste
- 1tsp of lemon juice or vinegar
