Chicken Biryani

Ingredients
  • 500 gm Chicken
  • 3 cup of Basmati
  • 1 Cup of yogurt
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili pd
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 4 cloves 
  • 2 bay leaves,
  • 4 cardamom ,Cinnamon stick
  • Bunch of coriander and mint leaves
  •  pinch of saffor mixed with a tea spoon of milk
Method
Take a pan and fry onion chopped till golden brown keep a side,marinate chicken in a bowl
 take chicken red chili salt ginger garlic paste yogurt 2 tsp oil mix them well and keep aside,take a vessel put water cardamom cloves bay leaves cinnamon stick.put Rice into and boil 3/4 and drain and keep aside.
Take a vessel put 3 tsp oil put cloves cardamom,bay leaves,put 2 medium onion chopped and fry onion golden then put marinated chicken in to vessel cook chicken for 20min or in pressure cooker 6 whistle then take other vessel put Chicken then one layer or Rice ,coriander and mint leaves,fried onion,saffron mix with milk,then again put chicken on top of it Rice then fried onion,coriander, mint leaves,saffron and seal the lid with alliumunim  foil and leaves on stove on slow flame for 5 min.Serve hot with raita.and mirchi ka salan.How ever you cook every time different biryani will taste delicious every time.
