This
is a fast and easy recipe to make on a busy night. We especially like
the crunch of the bread crumbs.and the mashed potato mixed with some
chopped vegetables and spices then crumbed and deep fried and serve hot
with dipping.

Take a bowl add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chilly flakes, chopped coriander, curry powder, salt, boiled potato mashed, mix it well,
add mutton cutlet mixture (Keema cooked), for this take frying pan put 2 tsp oil saute onion put haldi, red chilli, salt and cook keema for some time, mix this well or stuff keema cooked in potato which has only pepper and salt in it and divide the mixture into equal portions, make roundels or flat, coat with seasoned flour (all purpose flour+ Salt + pepper powder), dip it in the egg, then coat with the bread crumb and deep fry them.

Serve this hot with tomato ketchup or daal rice.
