Chicken Cutlets

This is a fast and easy recipe to make on a busy night. We especially like the crunch of the bread crumbs.and the mashed potato mixed with some chopped vegetables and spices then crumbed and deep fried and serve hot with dipping.

  • Chicken kheema 250gm
  • Onion chopped 1 
  • Chilly flakes 1 tsp
    Coriander chopped 1 bunch
    Curry powder 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Potato 250 gm
    Egg 2 
  • Garlic chopped ½ tsp
  • Bread crumbs 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Oil for deep fry


Method

Take a bowl add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chilly flakes, chopped coriander, curry powder, salt, boiled potato mashed, egg, mix it well, add chicken kheema cutlet mixture, bread crumbs, mix this well and divide the mixture into equal portions, make roundels or flat, coat with seasoned flour (all purpose flour
+ Salt + pepper powder), dip it in the egg, then coat with the bread crumb and deep fry them.
Serve this hot with tomato ketchup.
