- 1 kg chicken
- 1/2 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp Butter
- 4 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1, 1/2 tsp White Chilli
- 6 cloves
- Saffron
- Salt for taste
- Oil
Take a bowl and mix yogurt white chilli,salt and butter,then put chicken and mix well,Cook Rice with cloves and salt saffron, keep a side cooked rice, then cook the marinated chicken for 10 min on high flame, do not burn the chicken,then give dum for all by putting layer by layer first rice then chicken and then rice and after dum ofr 5 min,mix the biryani in a vessel or put chicken on top of rice,and take out in a serving plate and boiled eggs keep on top for garnishing.
