Chicken Tikka

Chicken tikka sizzler is a dish where Chicken Tikka is served on a heated plate and is served with onions. The dish is also known and eaten in Afghanistan Chicken tikka is a popular Indian chicken dish. Small pieces of boneless marinated in a mix of yogurt and spices and later baked using skewers in a clay-based oven called a tandoor.

  • 1 lbs boneless chicken cubes
  • 1 tbs coriander pd (optional)
  • 1/2 tbs garam masala
  • 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper or chilli pd 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small onion cut squire
  • tomato cut squire
  • bell pepper cut squire
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or curd

Method

• Cut chicken into small cubes,
• Wash nicely and apply lemon juice,ginger garlic paste coriander powder,salt, red chilli,turmeric,kasturi mathi. food color.
• Mix well and then keep the chicken pieces in this marinade for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
• Put the chicken and other vegetables onto skewers and cook in moderately hot tandoor for about 6 to 8 minutes, keep basting the chicken pieces with butter and cook until slightly colored and cooked.
• Remove and serve hot sprinkled with chaat masala.
