Gulab Jamun

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp elachi
  • 1 kg kova
  • 3 cup maida
  • 1 1/2 kg sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda 
  • 2 tsp soji soaked in water for half hour,then through excess water,
Method
Make sugar syrup with 2 cup of water in other vessel keep aside on low flame or close the flame,and then put elachi, in syrup, in a bowl then smash kova mix maide baking soda elachi pd soji wtich is socked in water for 1/2 hour then through excise water if in soji and add only soji to kova,then make a dough of kova and make balls with ur hand palms and fry the balls in ghee in a kadai, then put this balls in sugar syrup for 30 min and then serve after cool. garnish with badam and kaju.
