Potato Patty

 Recipe for Beginners - Delicious potato tikkis stuffed with paneer and cashew nut mixture and shallow fried.Ingredients
  • 6 Potatoes boiled and smashed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 red chilli pd
  • 1/4 turmeric
  • 1/2 cup cheese or paneer
  • 8 cashew nuts chopped
  • 1/4 bunch coriander leaves chopped
  • oil to shallow fry

Method 

Take potatoes in a bowl and salt red chilli, mix well with fork
Take another bowl put paneer, salt ,coriander leaves,cashew nuts and mix well,Apply oil to ur palm and divide the equal portions of potatoes make a dent in with potato and stuff paneer mixture with cashew nuts in between and seal the edges and make tikka balls
Heat sufficient oil in an non stick pan and shallow fry tikka till golden brown and take out from pan,Serve in Redga or serve with tomato katchup or mint chetney.
