Bread Pudding

Bread pudding is a simple yet delicious dessert made from stale leftover bread that are moistened in water, to which a little sugar, spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, mace or vanilla and other ingredients are added. Bread Pudding starts with bite sized cubes of bread that are covered in a rich custard-like mixture of cream, eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract and .
Ingredients

3 piece Bread
2 tbsp butter
1/2tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp custard powder
3  eggs
2 cup Milk
1/2 cup of raisins 
3 tbsp Sugar
2 drops vanilla essence


 Method

In a bowl take milk,butter mix well, take custard powder in a bowl add milk and make a paste mix this mixture to milk mixture keep aside.

In another bowl break eggs add cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, sugar mix all of these now add milk mixture and mix well.

Now in a microwave bowl add bread cut into small pieces, add raisins,now pour the mixture half and repeat the same again see that the bread is completely dissolved in milk mixture.

340 f heat for 40  to 50min or till the it changes its color to light golden brown..make sure all the bread is dipped in the custard milk.
